Allu Arjun is still feeling nervous

The film ‘Pushpa 2’ released on December 5, 2024 was a successful one. Allu Arjun played the lead, while Sukumar is the director. Mythri Movie Makers is the producer. Though the film released more than two months back, the team didn’t celebrate its success till now. Because, there are few incidents that happened after its release. A woman passed away at the Sandhya theatre stampede, after a few days Allu Arjun was arrested and he spent one day in Chanchalguda jail, making the makers not to hold any event of the film.
On Saturday, the makers held a success meet in a hotel, but it went quiet. Generally Allu Arjun event means, it’s more like loud noise from his fans, a lot of activity and so on. But this success meet went without any big noise as many of the actors and other unit members attended and spoke about the film’s success.
Though the venue was decided a couple of days back, the actor or the film PR didn’t reveal about the venue even to the media. They revealed the venue at the last minute and requested not to forward the venue details to anyone as the fans may come in large numbers. So, they have taken every precaution for this success meet and it went smoothly. But if you look at Allu Arjun’s body language, he is still feeling nervous.
Speaking about the success, Allu Arjun thanked the producers for backing this film for five years. “The producers Ravi and Naveen made this film possible – without them, ‘Pushpa’ wouldn’t have happened. They have taken care of us for five years,” said Allu Arjun. He added that music director Devi Sri Prasad made his songs reach billions. The actor thanked director Sukumar and he is the man behind the success of this film.
“He always credits the team for success, but he himself is the reason behind it. My performance has received a lot of appreciation, and the credit goes to Sukumar. I am his biggest fan – I get excited whenever he narrates a scene. He is a genius director,” said Allu Arjun about Sukumar. “Pushpa is not just a film, it is an emotion. The five years we spent on this film will be remembered for a lifetime,” said the actor. He talks about ‘Pushpa 3’ and he said he doesn’t know what is in store for it, but it is going to be extraordinary.
“I cannot make films without music director Devi Sri Prasad, and I never will,” said Sukumar about DSP. Talking about Allu Arjun, he said, he believed in him even when he didn’t have a proper story. “This entire success belongs to Allu Arjun,” said the director.
