Allu Arjun lands in legal trouble for violating poll code of conduct!

Must read

Thousands of people gathered on the road after Tollywood actor Allu Arjun was arrested by the police in Nandyal, Andhra Pradesh, on Saturday to meet YSRCP MLA Silpa Ravi. For those who are unaware, Silpa Ravi is running for re-election from Nandyal, the same day as Andhra Pradesh’s 25 Lok Sabha seats are up for election. On the final day of campaigning, Allu Arjun paid the MLA a visit to express his support.
The actor waved to the large throng that was screaming “Pushpa, Pushpa” when he appeared on the balcony alongside his wife Sneha Reddy, Silpa Ravi, and the MLA’s family. Many of his admirers congregated outside the mansion as soon as they heard about his arrival in hopes of seeing their idol. A complaint under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code, which deals with disobedience to an order duly promulgated by a public servant, has been filed by the nearby Two Town police station. Since Section 144 of the Election Code and Section 31 of the AP Police Act applied, charges were brought against both the MLA and the actor.
Meanwhile, Allu Arjun dropped a picture from the gathering. The caption on the post read, “Grateful to the people of Nandyal for the warm reception. Thank you, @SilpaRaviReddy garu, for the hospitality. Wishing you the very best in the elections and beyond. You have my unwavering love and support.”
