Minister for Water Resources, Ambati Rambabu, has taken objection to Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan making derogatory remarks using harsh language like “Na kodakallara” at his Bhimavaram meeting. The Minister claimed that Pawan’s main objective is to make Chandrababu Naidu the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.

Addressing a press conference on Saturday, the Minister highlighted Pawan’s involvement in multiple marriages.
He stated that while one failed marriage might lead to a successful one, multiple marriages seem futile and raise suspicions about Pawan’s character. The Minister found Pawan’s statement about marrying again if someone couldn’t handle their spouse highly objectionable and misleading for younger generations.

Responding to Pawan’s accusations against Chief Minister Jagan, Rambabu emphasised Jagan’s courage and ability to win people’s hearts after the demise of Dr. YSR. He recalled that despite Pawan and Chandrababu allegedly influencing 23 MLAs, Jagan remained undeterred.

The Minister questioned the basis of Pawan’s claims of revolution and urged him to reflect on his contributions and achievements, beyond simply naming a few Communist leaders.

Describing Pawan as a “mad dog,” Minister Rambabu criticised his choice of words at the recent Bhimavaram meeting. He expressed disappointment at Pawan’s actions and accused him of being responsible for the unfortunate alliance between Pawan and Chandrababu Naidu, wherein Pawan campaigned for Naidu to become the Chief Minister.

Minister Rambabu raised the question of Pawan’s anger in response to Jagan mentioning his personal life, considering Pawan’s history of discussing the personal lives of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and other leaders.

The Minister pointed out that Pawan frequently threatens physical violence and uses derogatory language like “Kodakallaara” when addressing leaders, which he believes reflects Pawan’s demeanour as a rowdy.

He said that Pawan’s motivations are driven by monetary gain, suggesting that he aims to empower Chandrababu by leveraging his caste for financial benefits. He highlighted Pawan’s reluctance to disclose the number of seats his party will contest and claimed that people are aware of these actions and closely observing the situation. Lastly, the minister made an analogy, suggesting that Pawan’s behaviour is akin to a mad dog.
