Anna Kendrick, Blake Lively all set to return for A Simple Favor 2

Anna Kendrick, Blake Lively, Henry Golding, Andrew Rannells, Bashir Salahuddin, Joshua Satine, Ian Ho, and Kelly McCormack will return for A Simple Favor 2, directed by Paul Feig.
The sequel is a co-production with Lionsgate and follows the studio’s 2018 movie, A Simple Favor, which was a critical and commercial triumph, grossing more than $97 million worldwide. Jessica Sharzer, who wrote the original film, penned the script, which is based on characters created by Darcy Bell. Laeta Kalogridis and Paul Feig revised it. A Simple Favor 2 is produced by Paul Feig and Laura Fischer of Feigco Entertainment, with Jessica Sharzer serving as an executive producer.
Stephanie Smothers (Anna Kendrick) and Emily Nelson (Blake Lively) return in the film as they go to the stunning island of Capri, Italy, for Emily’s lavish wedding to a wealthy Italian businessman. Expect murder and betrayal along with the gorgeous guests at a wedding with more twists and turns than the road from the Marina Grande to the Capri town square.
