Some of the Andhra Pradesh cadre babus who did not want to work in Telangana are now rethinking their choice, following the change in government. The grapevine has it that they include SS Rawat and G Anantharamu, who have been working with the Andhra Pradesh government despite being allocated to Telangana. For newbies, both of them were allocated to Andhra based on Pratyush Sinha guidelines. But they got a CAT order asking them to move to Telangana in 2016. Still, they chose not to move to Telangana, fearing the prospects of working under the KCR regime.
