The BJP’s Malkajgiri MP, Eatala Rajender, said that the GDP and annual revenue of Andhra Pradesh are less than that of Telangana currently, but AP is developing fast. Telangana will also shine, he added.
Addressing the media at the state BJP office here on Monday, Eatala said that KCR imposed a dictatorship for nine and a half years on TG. The Congress came to power one and a half years ago, but has done nothing for the families of Telangana Martyrs, he said.
He said that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy goes to New Delhi and calls the Prime Minister ‘Big Brother.’ However, he criticises the PM frequently, as he likes, he added.
He said that both the BRS and the Congress destroyed the hopes of the people, and it is certain that the BJP will come to power and will free the state from its debt trap.
“Why should I meet BRS leader T. Harish Rao? What happened to the phone tapping case? Will the Congress government take action against the BRS admin’s corruption,” Eatala said. He said that all parties had fought for the Telangana state.
The BJP also had extended its cooperation for the creation of Telangana state, Eatala added.
