Andhra Pradesh Transport Employees Association zonal president M Raja Babu thanked Regional Joint Transport Commissioner Ch Sridevi for giving them promotions from junior assistants to senior assistants, at the Transport Commissioner’s Office on the premises of the RTC House in Vijayawada on Thursday.
He said that they had been waiting for the promotions for several years. Sridevi, after taking charge as the Regional Joint Transport Commissioner, gave the promotions, he said.
Sridevi said that she was ready to resolve any problem being faced by the employees. Promotion is the right of the employees, which will be given as per rules, she added.
