APCRDA destroys illegal layouts

Must read

The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) officials destroyed internal roads and survey stones laid in unauthorised layouts of two real estate ventures in Nuzvidu in the Eluru district on Tuesday. The construction was done without obtaining approval from the CRDA. They also removed water pipelines in the layouts, besides destroying the drainage system.
APCRDA Commissioner Vivek Yadav had given directions to the officials concerned to destroy unauthorized layouts within the limits of the CRDA, following which the officials removed the survey stones and internal roads by using excavators. The authorities destroyed the layout in RS No.356/2 and 356/3 in this village.
APCRDA Commissioner Vivek Yadav warned the real estate people that selling plots without obtaining permission from the APCRDA was a crime. He also told the people that they would suffer losses if they purchased unauthorised plots in those layouts.
Those who purchase plots in such layouts should not start any building construction. They will not get permission for the same.
He made it clear that permissions would be given to the ventures that follow rules and regulations and provide infrastructure facilities such as roads, water supply, drainage and other amenities. He asked the people to inform the CRDA officials about unauthorised layouts to prevent further loss.
Contact the CRDA in the WhatsApp No.7095599838, he added.
