Archana talks high about Karmasthalam

Archana Sastry is back to films after a few years gap and now coming up with a film titled ‘Karmasthalam’. Rocky Sherman is the director, while Srinivas Subrahmanya is the producer. From the film, the makers recently released Archana’s look which stands out prominently. Talking about the film, Archana said that it is a concept-based one. “This film is based on the concept of Mahishasura Mardini, and I am thankful to Rocky sir for bringing such a wonderful subject to life with a powerful title like ‘Karmasthalam’,” said Archana.
The actress said when the director narrated the story to her, she was a bit doubtful about how the new director handled it. “But he narrated it brilliantly. Many people can tell a great story, but translating it on to the screen is a different challenge altogether,” said Archana.
She added that director Rocky has done an exceptional job. “I am extremely happy and satisfied to be part of this film which is releasing in all languages,” she said. “This movie is very special to me, and it holds a place close to my heart. The first look is stunning, and I still remember the day we shot the fight sequences, which have turned out incredibly well. If the poster is creating such an impact, the film will surely leave an even greater impression. I thank everyone who worked on this project,” said Archana.
