BJP Lok Sabha member DK Aruna emphasised the need to further develop government hospitals. She was speaking at a key meeting held at the Mahabubnagar Government General Hospital Development Committee here. Local MLA Y Srinivas Reddy, Collector Vijayendra, and Health officials attended the meeting.
Aruna said that a new building with modern facilities is under construction. While the amenities in the hospital are good, there is a need for further development. She highlighted that the funds from MPs and MLAs alone are not sufficient for this, and she is taking special initiative to secure funds from both the Central and State governments. She promised to ensure that solar powered lights and an ambulance are provided for the hospital.
She expressed her hope that the hospital staff would work with the goal of providing a better healthcare for everyone. Aruna added that in the next four years, the hospital would be transformed into the best facility. She also said that Prime Minister Modi is allocating significant funds for hospital modernisation and other development projects to provide better healthcare to the people.
She further said that Prime Minister Modi is to provide better healthcare services to the public.
This is the largest hospital for the people of the undivided district. She called upon the staff to work with the goal of providing better healthcare to every individual. She said that her daughter was also born in the government hospital.
