As campaign ends, BJP & BRS sure of win Seeing the winds of change: Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that KCR has blind beliefs and wasted substantial amounts from the exchequer due to that.
He said that KCR destroyed the old secretariat and asked whether people needed such a CM.
He said that he is confident that a BJP government would take charge in Telangana after the elections and declared that they would send all corrupt BRS leaders to jail. He said that the Congress and the BRS destroyed Telangana.
“KCR is a firm believer in tantrik. Someone told him that even my shadow would destroy his dreams and since then he is avoiding meeting me. How can a person like that make your dreams true?” asked Modi and urged people to vote for the BJP to ensure growth and development.
Modi said that he has been seeing the winds of change in Telangana and that the next five years are crucial for TS’s development.
“For the first time a BJP government will be formed in Telangana and a BC candidate will be the Chief Minister. The people of Karimnagar and Huzurabad showed the trailer to Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao. Now in the Assembly elections, you are going to send him home. Forming a BJP government in Telangana is very important as in 2024, the BJP will come to power at Centre again and having a double-engine government will speed up development in the state,” said Modi.
Modi was taking part in the election campaign here on Monday.
“We will show how Telangana will become number one in the country. You can’t leave the future of Telangana to fate. We have to be careful. For us the development of the nation, including every state is important. Whenever you tell people that you have voted for development and the welfare of the poor the only name that comes to mind is the BJP. I am seeing the winds of change,” said Modi while addressing the public meeting.
“The TRS and the Congress did not leave any opportunity to cheat you. Corruption and appeasement are the policies of both the parties. There is no guarantee that Congress MLAs will remain with the party. They will join the BRS. If you wish to send BRS out then vote for the BJP,” he said adding that the Congress humiliated the late Prime Minister, PV Narasimha Rao, when he was alive and after his death.
“Both the BRS and the Congress are family-run parties and they can think of only their family members occupying the top post but not your children. They will destroy the future of your children. Both of them are the same. Be careful with them. Only the BJP can help Telangana. Family-run parties will not care about laws. The PFI has raised its head here. This area also witnessed Naxalite violence. We dealt them with a firm hand and KCR took advantage of it,” said Modi.
Recalling the promise of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao to transform Karimnagar like London, the Prime Minister wondered what happened to that.
He stated that the entire nation witnessed what happened to the Kaleshwaram Project and that those responsible for that would be punished.
