Government job aspirants have been eagerly waiting for group IV results for five months. The Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) conducted the exam on July 1, and released the answer key on August 28. Since then there is no information about the notification.
For the Group 4 services, the Commission had advertised 8,180 vacancies in various government departments. Approximately, 9.51 lakh candidates were registered for the exam and out of them 7,62,872 candidates appeared for the exam.
One of the Group IV aspirants who got the constable job recently, said, “Chief Minister Anumula Revanth Reddy ordered to speed up the process of constable notification. But it would be better if the board started the training after announcing results of Group IV. If it does not happen this way, most of the constables will resign from their training and join in the group IV jobs”.
Group I, Group II and Group III exams will have to be conducted but the Group IV exam was conducted five months ago. There is a speculation among a few of the government job seekers that OMR sheets number is more than appeared for exams.
Konda Nagamallu from Ashok Nagar said, “Most of the aspirants are more than 25 years old. It is time for going to any other private sector, because after 30 years no one will be interested in taking them. So, the government should consider this as a serious concern and release the results and conduct all the exams soon.
Bukya Kiran Kumar from Dilsukhnagar said, “Board has not taken the biometric for the Group IV exams. I came to know that there is a case pending in the High Court. TSPSC Chairman B Janardhan Reddy submitted his resignation but it was not approved by the Governor. I think the results may be released after two months.”
Some exams which should be conducted by TSPSC are pending. Aspirants have not been notified since the applications. Group III was notified on December 30, 2022, but TSPSC hasn’t even released any information after applications. Group II has been postponed twice. Group-I had been cancelled once by the TSPSC on the issue of paper leak, another time it was cancelled by the High Court for absence of biometrics and the OMR sheets without hall ticket numbers.
Aspirants are hoping for the release of Group IV results
