AU-based space-tech startup Taramandal shines on ‘Forbes Select-200 List’

Taramandal Technologies, a pioneering space-tech startup from Visakhapatnam, has earned a spot on the prestigious Forbes India and D-Globalist #Select-200 list for 2024. This international recognition celebrates startups with exceptional global business potential, innovation, and prospects for expansion.
Out of thousands of nominations worldwide, only 200 startups made the cut, and Taramandal Technologies stands out as the sole representative from Andhra Pradesh. It is also the only startup focused on satellite technology to feature on this elite list.
The recognition underscores Taramandal’s trailblazing efforts in developing sustainable satellite technologies aimed at achieving net-zero orbits while addressing the global challenge of space debris.

Founded in 2023 by a team of alumni from Andhra University, including A. Vineel Judson, Dr. D. Rajesh, N. Ramajayalakshmi, Dr. M. Goutham, and T. Neelakanteswara Reddy, Taramandal is mentored by Prof. P. Mallikarjuna Rao.
