The Congress launched a scathing attack on BRS Chennuru MLA Balka Suman for saying that Congress leaders would join the BRS later.

TPCC General Secretaries Manavatha Roy, Durgam Bhaskar, Bala Laxmim, Charagonda Venkatesh and Lingam Yadav said Balka Suman worked as a ‘covert agent’ in the Telangana movement.

Speaking to the media on Tuesday at the Gandhi Bhavan, the TPCC General Secretaries said that BRS leaders were playing mind games to find out BRS leaders who are trying to join the Congress.

Durgam Bhaskar said that Balka Suman worked as a ‘covert agent’ in the Telangana movement.

How did Balka Suman, who walked around wearing Paragon slippers earn hundreds of crores, Bhaskar asked and added that the people of Chennuru are ready to teach Suman a lesson.

He asked Suman to explain why he was mum if KCR was destroying government universities and added that they are ready to defeat Balka Suman if the party gives the Chennuru ticket to him.

Manavatha Roy warned Balka Suman that the people of Telangana would teach him a lesson. Suman has been speaking lies saying that ‘Congress leaders would join the BRS.’ He said that there is a need to admit BRS MLAs Balka Suman, Marri Janardhan Reddy and MLC Palla Rajeshwar Reddy at the Erragadda Mental Hospital.

Roy said that BRS leaders were speaking with fear as they know that the Congress would come to power.

The people believe that the BJP and the BRS are one, he said. Senior BJP leader Konda Vishweshwar Reddy himself said that one can think that the BRS and the BJP are one in case BRS MLC Kavitha is not arrested, Roy said.

He said that BRS leaders were looting crores. The 130-year-old Congress has only Rs 500 crore but the recently floated BRS has a plane costing hundreds of crores and assets worth Rs 1.200 crore, he added.

How did the BRS acquire these assets and how did BRS MLC Kavitha acquire a house, he asked.
