Nara Bhuvaneswar, the wife of Telugu Desam party chief and former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, inaugurated the free medical service centre at Peda Bangaru Satram area in Kuppam on Tuesday.
The free medical service centre was set up by the NTR trust. Bhuvaneswari also inaugurated the mobile medical van. Bhuvaneswari is the managing trustee of NTR Trust.
The NTR trust with an aim of providing free medical services to the people of Kuppam, launched the free medical centre, she said adding that the service of the Sanjivani medical van was also launched.
Drawing inspiration from N R Rama Rao’s slogan ‘Manava Seve Madhava Seva’, the free medical service centre was launched, she added. Earlier, she presented new silk robes to goddess Prasanna Tirupati Gangamma at the temple and offered prayers.
Later she went to Sivapuram in Santhipuram mandal and saw the progress of the construction of their new house. MLC Kancharla Srikanth, former MLC Gounivari Srinivasulu and TDP constituency in-charge PS Muniratnam were among those who accompanied her.
