Nara Bhuvaneswari, wife of Chandrababu Naidu, emphasised the significance of the upcoming election, referring to it as a crucial ‘Kurukshetra’ for the people. Speaking to the public at the ‘Nijam Gelavali’ yatra, she urged everyone to work for the party in securing victory. She revealed that the YSRCP is conspiring to hinder TDP leaders, activists and people by filing illegal cases, detaining them, and making arrests.
Bhuvaneswari revealed that thousands of TDP workers and people have been falsely implicated in cases, illegally arrested, and faced various challenges during Jagan Reddy’s regime. To safeguard the state and its future, she urged all TDP workers to come forward. Stressing the development witnessed during N Chandrababu Naidu’s tenure, she expressed the necessity of reinstating him as Chief Minister to revive the state, which had deteriorated under the YSRCP’s governance.
Concluding her ‘Nijam Gelavali’ yatra in the joint Chittoor district, she visited the families of TDP sympathisers Mohan Naidu, Anjaneya Naidu, and Kummaru Munivelu. Over the past four days, she toured Kuppam, Palamaneru, Punganur, Puthalapattu, Chittoor, GD Nellore, and Satyavedu constituencies, meeting with the families of 15 activists.
Each family received a bank cheque of Rs 3 lakh. Additionally, Bhuvaneswari inaugurated three Anna canteens in Kuppam and conducted an interaction session with women. She also took steps to provide free education to the children of deceased activists.
