Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national secretary Satyakumar has alleged that the ruling YSRCP is enrolling bogus voters in a big way in order to win the next elections.
Talking to the media here on Sunday, Satyakumar said that in a bid to win the next election at any cost using unfair means, the ruling YSRCP was enrolling a large number of bogus votes across the state. He said that the BJP leaders would complain to the state Governor and Election Commissioner of India on the bogus voters’ issue.
The BJP leader said that the Centre is developing Railways, roads, hydrogen, and solar parks that are being established by spending lakhs of crores of rupees.
At a time when there should be a discussion on development, the matter was getting sidetracked, by the Opposition parties in the Parliament. Literate people should think and vote in the ensuing MLC elections for teachers and graduates on March 13. Instead of bringing industries to the State, the YSRCP government is establishing bogus voters-making units, he ridiculed.
Referring to the ‘Jaganasura Rakta Charitra’ book released by the TDP on violent incidents allegedly committed by the YSRCP leaders, Satyakumar justified the contents of the book as facts. What was mentioned in the Jaganasura Rakta Charitra book are facts, he opined.
The BJP leader slammed that Jagan Mohan Reddy-headed government had failed not only on all fronts but also deceived all sections of people. The people of the State are disenchanted with the YSRCP regime and they are ready to teach a lesson in the next election, he predicted.
