‘Enemy’s reference to TS land prices is testimony of TS leadership; KCR

Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on Thursday urged people to bless Bharat Rashtra Samithi and assured them that the state would make ‘great progress’.
KCR said, “Earlier we had only Gandhi, Osmania, and Nilofer, but now we are having amazing five corporate level hospitals. There are 17,000 beds in the government sector; we are going to make 50,000 beds available. Last 20days were amazing and if the government is blessed in the coming days, we will make great progress”.
KCR alluded to TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu’s comments comparing land prices in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, and said: “Even our ‘enemies’, people who said Telangana should not be formed, former CM Chandrababu Naidu garu, said ‘Once if one acre was sold in Andhra, 3-6acres could be purchased in Telangana. Now if one acre is sold in Telangana, 50 acres could be bought in Andhra’. The situation has reversed. When there is good government and good leadership. TS land prices will go up”.
KCR said that 1acre is Rs30crore in Patancheruvu and, like Chandrababu said, we could go and buy 100acres in Andhra. “My dream of Bangaru Telangana will definitely be realised,” the Chief Minister said. He promised the sanction of the Hayathnagar-Patancheruvusection of Metro in the first cabinet of our next term. “I promise that in the first cabinet meeting after coming back to power in 2024, I will extend Hyderabad Metro Rail from Patancheru-Hayathnagar.
KCR inaugurated 15,000 2BHK houses at Kollur, inaugurated Medha Servo Rail Coach Factory and set the foundation stone for the Sangareddy super speciality hospital.
“Patancheru to Dilsukhnagar is the busiest corridor in Hyderabad city. Metro is supposed to come from Patancheruvu to Hayatnagar. Metro will definitely come if we win the election again. I personally promise that I will give sanction for the Patancheru to Hayathnagar Metro Rail in the first cabinet meeting of the new government. Mahipal Reddy asked for a polytechnic specifically for the industrial area. Today we will grant and issue the GO. Huge colonies are coming in this area. We have just inaugurated 17,000+ double room houses in Kollur.
We are allocating 2,000 houses to Patancheru,” the Chief Minister said.
KCR said that soon the government would arrange for IT companies to come up in Patancheruvu. Bhupal Reddy has repeatedly requested the government to beautify the Ramasamudra pond and make it great. “Harish Rao is suggested to grant funds from the Irrigation Department, andwe will develop it on the lines of the SiddipetKomaticheruvu. Infrastructure does not come immediately when colonies come. The MLA wants additional help. We are allocating funds of Rs.30 crore to the three municipalities and Rs.30 crore to three divisions”.
At the inaugural of Medha Servo Rail Coach factor, KCR told the gathering: “We have brought TS iPASSlike nowhere else in the world. TS-ipass is single window without grills …I did not expect to do railway manufacturing. Kashyap Reddy himself showed how skilfully he is doing the separate parts… Kashyap Reddy and Srinivas Reddy, children of Warangal, are bringing a huge project and providing employment to hundreds of people. It is a great thing to get an order from Mumbai to manufacture a mono train to make a complete train. It is said that plans are being made to make complete train in the future. It is commendable to say that we are growing to the level of export to the country as well as abroad. We are ready to solve any problem 24 hours a day. We will support you to grow, grow and grow. The state government would provide complete support and assistance for the development of the industry”, he said.
