Housing Minister Jogi Ramesh and YSRCP MP Mopidevi Venkataramana visited the house of deceased 15 year-old boy Amarnath who was burnt alive in Rajoulu village of Bapatla district on Sunday and expressed condolences to the family members.
They handed over a cheque for Rs 10 lakh and a house site patta to the family members of Amarnath on behalf of the State government.
In addition to that, MP Venkataramana handed over Rs 1 lakh personally.
Jogi Ramesh assured that the government will take action against the accused and also assured that the government will construct the house and take care of the family.
The minister instructed the district officials to take care of the family members.
