The Sultan Bazar Police arrested Goshamahal BRS leader Gaddam Srinivas Yadav for verbally abusing Koti Women’s University Vice-Chancellor Vijjulatha Manga.
According to the police, on July 1, a case was registered against Gaddam Srinivas Yadav after Koti Women’s University VC Vijjulatha said that the leader approached her asking for felicitation as he supported girls financially and she asked him to develop the university instead. Then Srinivas countered her saying that after being promoted as Vice-Chancellor she had become a tempered lady, and this made her file a police complaint.
The Sultan Bazar police nabbed the leader and sent him to judicial custody on Thursday.
