Telangana BJP President G. Kishan Reddy said the BJP has a future in Telangana and that the BRS has lost its sheen. The BRS is now supporting the Congress and BRS MLAs are going to join the Congress soon, he added.
He said the BJP would be the opposition in the state and asked the youth to get ready to contest local body elections.
Kishan said the Congress government did not implement a single promise except providing women with free bus travel facilities.
Addressing the BJP Yuva Morcha meeting held at the State BJP office on Sunday, Kishan said the BJP will get double-digit LS seats in TG as voters have dumped the Congress and the BRS.
He said the Congress had released a job calendar when it was out of power, but the party forgot to implement its job calendar after coming to power.
He said that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy had levelled many false charges against the BJP during the LS election campaign. However, even Congress activists did not believe them, he said.
Kishan said that it took 10 years for the BRS to lose its power, but the Congress may not need even five years to lose power.
He asked BJYM activists to stage massive protests against the Congress government.
