KTR must speak of Kavitha’s case instead of Mallanna’s cases: Venkat

R&B Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy reiterated that the BRS will down shutters after June 5.
Addressing the media at his residence on Thursday, Venkat said that BRS activists themselves will beat up their leaders after the Lok Sabha results come out and that the BRS would collapse like the Medigadda Barrage.
He criticised BRS Working President KT Rama Rao for stating that there are many cases against Theenmar Mallanna, the Congress candidate contesting in the Nalgonda-Khammam-Warangal Graduates’ constituency by-poll, and asked KTR why he is silent about the liquor cases against BRS MLC Kavitha.
“Why is KTR not speaking about the 8,000-page charge sheet against Kavitha? He is speaking due to frustration as Kavitha is in jail and the BRS government is gone.

The people of Telangana are not in a position to raise their heads out of shame due to Kavitha’s liquor scam. We are unable to visit other states due to Kavitha’s case,” Venkat said.
He said that KTR’s words were disgusting and uncivilised although he was educated in the US.
“KTR is speaking without any respect for the Chief Minister’s post. Is KTR criticising the CM for providing free travel facility to women and filling 30,000 posts in government service?” he asked.
KTR has been claiming that he developed Hyderabad by constructing a cable bridge on Durgam Cheruvu.
“If that is so, what should we say as we constructed the RGI Airport and the PV Expressway? KTR encouraged four IAS officers and kept all other IAS officers down,” Venkat said.
He said that under BRS rule only liquor sales developed and that there was no development.
The BRS government collected Rs 2,500 crore from the innocent persons using liquor shops, he said and added that the heads of the BRS government earned Rs 6,000 crore using one tonic shop.
Venkat said that the BRS constructed party offices without any permission and that BRS leaders would have to go around like Praja Shanthi President KA Paul after June 5.
“KTR lost his mental balance after seeing the governance of the Congress government focussed on public welfare. KCR is not coming to the Assembly as he is scared of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. Harish Rao is thinking of starting a new shop if KCR entrusts BRSLP responsibilities to KTR. It is better for KCR and his family if they try to get bail for Kavitha,” he said.
Addressing the media at his residence on Thursday, Venkat said that BJP Floor Leader Alleti Maheshwar Reddy filed 70 letters under RTI in just a month after assuming his new post.
Venkat said that Maheshwar grabbed the BJLP leader post bypassing senior BJP MLA T. Raja Singh.
“I feel insulted to mention his name. Such a person is making false allegations against the CM and Civil Supplies Minister N. Uttam Kumar Reddy,” Venkat said.
He said the Congress government will reduce the height of the LB Nagar Super Specialty Hospital to 14 floors as per MCI guidelines.
