The merger of Bharat Rashtra Samithi Legislature Party with Congress may take place soon.
Khairathabad MLA Danam Nagender hinted at this possibility. The BRS MLA Nagender, who joined the Congress, on Friday said that about 20 BRS MLAs are ready to join the Congress party immediately. He made it clear that consultations were already completed with those 20 BRS MLAs and they would join the Congress party soon.
Nagender also revealed that some BRS leaders, including former Minister T Harish Rao, are trying to join BJP.
In a chit chat with the scribes at Gandhi Bhavan in the context of former Speaker Banswada MLA Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, joining Congress, in presence of CM Revanth Reddy, Nagender said that 20 MLAs including Ch Malla Reddy, Muta Gopal, D Sudhir Reddy, Prakash Goud, Kotha Prabhakar Reddy, KP Vivekananda, Gudem Mahipal Reddy, Kale Yadaiah and Arikepudi Gandhi are getting ready to join the Congress party.
Danam Nagender said that there is a chance that the BRS will become empty soon particularly Greater Hyderabad. He alleged that KCR policies affected the BRS party.
He said that CM Revanth Reddy and strategist Sunil Kanugolu discussed on joinings for the last two three days.
He said that except Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, Prashant Reddy, KTR, the BRS will be bereft of members.
