C V Anand Miffed with One-Sided Narratives

Hyderabad CP C V Anand is not amused. A little bird told us that he’s been fuming over the non-stop negative propaganda being peddled by the opposition about the city and the police force. While local folks still attempt to grasp the ground reality, national guys seem to have latched onto only one side of the story – painting Hyderabad police in a poor light. Anand feels the force is being unfairly dragged into political crossfire, and the constant vilification is not just demoralising cops, but also damaging Hyderabad’s image. Whispers in the corridors suggest that anything taken to extremes has consequences — and even those usually sympathetic to BRS are now beginning to squirm.
