Hyderabad-based student platform-startup, Student Tribe organised a one-day event called Career Quest, on Sunday, which aimed to provide career guidance to students who have completed their 12th/Intermediate and are looking to pursue various career paths. The event, held at T-Hub, witnessed a major response from students across Hyderabad and few other districts of Telangana, with a footfall of over 1,000 students.

Career Quest featured expert career counsellors from all over India who provided guidance to students, coming with various interests, on the best career opportunities available. The event was supported by India’s largest educational platform Careers360, student consultancy IMFS; Excellencia as an academic partner and was powered by Anurag University.

The event commenced with registration and networking, where students had the opportunity to visit stalls and learn about the universities in India and beyond, and career paths available to them post 12th/Intermediate. It also included a skill-building workshop that covered topics: resume writing, interview skills, and professional development.

Charan Lakkaraju, Founder and CEO of Student Tribe, said, “Career Quest was an excellent opportunity for students to receive top-notch advice and explore the best career opportunities out there, not restricting to any specific field of study. We are proud to have had the support of our esteemed sponsors and academic partners, who provided the guidance needed to help students make the right choices for their future careers.”

The event provided students access to scholarships and admissions to over 100 universities, including exclusive partnerships with American universities for unparalleled global exposure.

The day-long career guidance programme concluded with a closing keynote and networking session, where students had the opportunity to interact with the experts and fellow students, exchanging ideas and building networks. The event received national exposure and was considered a huge success by all involved.
