Centre has taken ‘torching’ of Polavaram files seriously: Varma

Union Minister for State for Steel and Heavy Industries Bhupathi Raju Srinivasa Varma has revealed that the Central Government has also taken the burning of Polavaram project files seriously.
Talking to the media here on Tuesday, he expressed concern over the burning of files on the Polavaram Left canal and R & R package at a damp yard in Rajahmundry. “The Centre has taken the dumping of the Polavaram files in a dumping yard and burning them very seriously. The facts behind the burning of files will be brought to light,” he announced.
Commenting on the delay in establishing a railway zone in Visakhapatnam, the Union Minister said that the erstwhile government did not allocate the required lands for the establishment of the
railway zone which caused delay.
The process of establishing a railway zone is taken forward expeditiously.
