Chandra Bose honoured with the Swara Sahitya Kalanidhi title

In Dallas, USA, Dr. Meenakshi Anipindi successfully conducted the annual celebrations of the Swara Music Academy. The grand event, held at the Grand Center Auditorium, saw the presence of prominent figures from Dallas, along with several Tollywood celebrities who graced the occasion as guests of honour. Among them were Prasad Totakura, Chairman of the World Literature Forum; Gopal Ponangi, member of the Indo-American Council in Dallas; eminent businessman Kishore Kancherla; Sharad Singireddy; and Prakash Rao.
Renowned cine lyricist Chandra Bose, music director RP Patnayak, and director VN Aditya were among the dignitaries who attended the event, lending their support to the burgeoning talents showcased. Dr. Meenakshi Anipindi, along with her group of disciples, presented a captivating performance of traditional musical compositions across seven segments, spanning over 30 timeless melodies. The cultural extravaganza, which continued uninterrupted for 10 hours, left the audience enthralled and enraptured.
Chandra Bose was honoured with the title “Swara Sahitya Kalanidhi,” and RP Patnayak was bestowed with the title “Swara Nadanidhi” in recognition of their invaluable contributions to the field of music.
