Chief Secy reviews preparationsfor Assembly session

Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari held a meeting with senior officials on Monday to review preparations for the Assembly session commencing on March 12. She directed officials to coordinate closely with the Assembly authorities to ensure timely and comprehensive responses to all the queries of MLAs and Legislative Council Members.
Emphasising the importance of accuracy in legislative proceedings, Santhi Kumari said the concerned secretaries must be present throughout the budget session to provide precise information.
She also stressed the need to appoint nodal officers for each department to streamline coordination. “The demands of all departments will come up for discussion in the coming days, and officials should be fully prepared with details,” she added.
The meeting was attended by Special Chief Secretaries Vikas Raj, Jayesh Ranjan, and Ravi Gupta, along with Principal Secretaries Sandeep Kumar Sultania, Shailaja Ramaiyar, Sanjay Kumar, Dana Kishore, Sridhar, and SAM Rizvi. Secretaries Yogita Rana, Lokesh Kumar, Christina Z. Chongthu.
