Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said the Congress Working Committee (CWC), the highest decision-making body of the All India Congress Committee, has demanded that the Centre adopt the Telangana Model into consideration for the caste census.
Revanth said that this is a matter of honour for Telangana. He said, “I am very proud that Telangana is the role model for the country in the process of starting a great social revolution.”
Revanth posted on X regarding this on Friday, saying, “The CWC said in its resolution that the Telangana government undertook the caste census scientifically, after taking the advice of the intellectuals, leaders of caste associations, and academicians. This is a matter of honour for Telangana.”
