Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will formally inaugurate the presentation of ‘Seva Mitra’, ‘Seva Ratna’, and ‘Seva Vajra’ Awards to the best Village/Ward Secretariat Volunteers in Phirangipuram, Guntur district at 3 pm on Thursday. The programme is scheduled to be held across the State for seven days in a festive atmosphere.
