Bharata Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Quthbullapur MLA KP Vivekananda said that Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy lost people’s trust within four months after being in power. Along with him, the Congress party also lost its base in the country.
He held a press meet at the Telangana Bhavan on Sunday, where he said that the Congress party has deceived the people with the six guarantees. Leaders of that party gave affidavits to the people during the election campaign in 2023. But Revanth Reddy has not fulfilled his party’s promises in the last four months.
He asserted that Revanth Reddy fears that the CM’s chair will be lost if more MP seats are not won in the upcoming parliamentary elections. “Revanth Reddy promised in the name of God that he would waive farmers’ loans in August. It comes under the violation of Model Code of Conduct (MCC)”, he mentioned.
The cadre of the Congress party is revolting against Danam Nagender, Kadiam Srihari and Gaddam Ranjith Reddy who joined the Congress party from the BRS. Real estate businesses and builders are facing problems in the State, he added.
