The BC leaders in the Telangana unit of the Congress have asked the party to allot 34 tickets to BCs in the Assembly elections.
BC leaders Ponnala Laxmaiah, V. Hanumantharao, Mahesh Kumar Giyd, Cheruku Sudhakar, Kathi Venkata Swamy and others had a meeting at Ponnala Laxmaiah’s residence.
They made it clear that they will not remain silent if the party fails to allot the seats they want. They also prepared a memorandum to submit to the party brass.
