Cong govt fills 30,000 posts in three months: Komatireddy

Minister for Roads and Buildings Komatireddy Venkat Reddy has said that the Congress government filled 30,000 in three months.
Addressing the media at Bhongir on Wednesday, the Minister assured the people of the district that all developmental works would be completed at a fast pace.
He said that he had already discussed the problems being faced by the farmers with the Minister for Irrigation N Uttam Kumar Reddy. He promised to ensure that there is no drinking water crisis.
Gandha Malla and Baswapur projects would be completed in the district at a fast pace providing drinking water to the people of the district from the Mallanna Sagar project.
The Roads and Buildings officials have drawn up an action plan to get some roads sanctioned to the district. The road works in the district will be completed soon.
The government has started paying salaries to the employees and teachers and pensions on the first of every month. Earlier, these sections faced problems as they were not paid salaries till the 15th or 20th of every month.
There were instances of the employees losing their Cibil score due to late payment of salaries, he said.
Of the six guarantees proposed by Congress, five guarantees are being implemented.
Women are travelling by RTC buses free of cost. The people are happy to receive zero power bills from this month onwards, he said.
The Chief Minister would inaugurate the Indiramma housing scheme for the homeless poor on March 11 at Bhadrachalam, he said.
In the first phase of the Indiramma Housing scheme, the government would sanction 3,500 2 BK houses for each Assembly constituency. The government would give Rs 5 lakh to each beneficiary to build a house on their own lands.
