Sonia announces guaranteed schemes, says her dream is to bring Cong to power in TS

Stating that her dream is to bring the Congress to power in Telangana, former AICC president Sonia Gandhi appealed to the people of Telangana to bring the Congress to power.
Addressing the Congress Vijaya Bheri public meeting held at Tukkuguda on Sunday, Sonia said that the Congress will develop the state as the party that accorded a separate Telangana state.
She said that September 17 is a good day for Telangana as Telangana was freed from Nizam’s rule on that day.
“I am happy that I am announcing six guarantee schemes today for the people of Telangana. We will implement the assurances immediately after coming to power,” she said while releasing the six guarantee schemes.AICC President Mallikarjuna Kharge said that both the BJP and the BRS are liars. Both the BJP and the BRS are criticising each other but they are extending cooperation to each other. He said the BRS is the B-Team of the BJP.
Addressing the VIjayabheri public meeting held on Sunday at Tukkuguda, he said that Modi and KCR have a secret understanding though they criticize each other openly.
He said that Modi spoke lies saying that he would bring back black money and deposit Rs 15 lakh in each person’s account. He alleged that all systems have been weakened in the last 10 years.
Congress PMs established many ‘huge’ PSUs, but the BJP government has been ‘selling’ them, Kharge said.
He said that KCR made Telangana which had a surplus budget a debt-riddled state.
Six guaranteed schemes
2 The Mahalaxmi Scheme will provide Rs 2,500 per month for women, free travel in RTC buses and an LPG cylinder for Rs 500 for poor women.
2 Rythu Bharosa Scheme will provide Rs 15,000 per year to farmers and it would be applicable to tenant farmers.
2 Griha Jyoti Scheme will provide 200 units of free power to every family.
2 Indiramma Houses Scheme will provide Rs 5 lakh to houseless families. 250-square-yard house site to the families of activists of the Telangana movement.
2 Yuva Vikasam Scheme will provide Rs 5 lakh to students and International schools in every mandal.
2 Cheyutha Scheme will provide Rs 4,000 pension and the Rajiv Arogya Sri limit will be enhanced to Rs 10 lakh.
