Congress nominee for Nalgonda Lok Sabha seat K Raghuveer Reddy has predicted that the Congress will win 10 to 14 Lok Sabha seats.
Addressing the media at the camp office of Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy here on Tuesday, he said that he is confident of securing the highest majority in Nalgonda and Bhongir Assembly segments. He predicted that the BJP will occupy the second position in Telangana.
Nalgonda Lok Sabha seat recorded 74.02 per cent voter turnout, he said, conveying his thanks to all those who took part in the election process.
The Congress has been implementing several welfare and development schemes for the poor, he said.
Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy would continue in the post for the next five years. He dismissed the allegations levelled against him by former MLA of Tungaturthy Gyadari Kishore Kumar as baseless. He dared  Kishore Kumar for a debate on the allegations levelled against him. His allegations fell flat with the people and people did not bother to pay attention to his criticism, he pointed out.
He assured the people that all the promises he had made would be fulfilled.
He said that Ministers Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and N Uttam Kumar Reddy, MLAs of various Assembly segments of Nalgonda Lok Sabha seat, Congress elected people’s representatives, Cong rank and file, Mahila Congress, Youth Congress, NSUI leaders, worked hard for his electoral success and thanked them.
