Cyara, a US-based customer testing and monitoring software platform, has opened its largest Global Innovation Center (GIC) in Hyderabad, creating 200 jobs for AI engineers.
During a roundtable here on Saturday, Cyara CEO Rishi Rana shared that Cyara is the leading assurance centre for customer experience (CX). “Seeing the right talent in Hyderabad, we have established this innovation centre,” he said. Rana explained that Cyara provides end-to-end assurance through phone, email, SMS, browsers, and chatbots.
He shared that its clients include major companies like Microsoft, Google, Apple, and banks. He noted that Cyara’s self-serviceable products are used by contact centers globally, with a network in 80 countries and 250 carriers. The company tests and monitors call centers, ensuring high-quality CX solutions.
Rana highlighted that we have created our own IP technology, which helps to track calls worldwide, ensuring independent quality checks. He mentioned ICICI Bank as a client and Amazon as their largest customer, noting that Amazon’s Black Friday sales are managed through Cyara’s contact centers.
The CEO stated that the company currently serves Fortune 1000 companies and aims to reach $ 210 million in revenue within two years. He said, “we are a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider and are now integrating GenAI for improved efficiency. He noted that the company plans to hire 150 AI engineers by March 2025, with a goal to reach 200 by the end of the year. Rishi said that employees can adopt a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance three days a week. Meanwhile, General Manager Yogesh More added that Cyara is seeking AI and software engineers to strengthen its telephonic, IVR, and software products.
