The Nampally court on Monday postponed Actor Nagarjuna’s case against Minister Konda Surekha to Tuesday. The court asked Nagarjuna and two key witnesses to appear in the court to record their statements. The two witnesses in the petition are Yarlagadda Supriya and Venkateshwar Metla.
This case is about Konda Surekha’s alleged remarks
against the Akkineni family, especially against actor Nagachaitanya and actress Samantha’s divorce issue.
Meanwhile, a lawyer named Thirupathi Varma told the media that the TPCC legal cell will file a Vakalat for Surekha and we will file counters. She has already taken back her statement against the actors.
“We are assuming that KTR is backing this case. So we will also file a case against Nagarjuna and his supporters,” he said.
