DGP congratulates AP Police officers on winning medals

DGP Ch Dwaraka Tirumala Rao has congratulated the police personnel on winning medals at the ninth All India Police Judo Cluster-2024 held in Guwahati. The Judo competition was held for six days and the Andhra Pradesh Police Department players won nine medals
(1 Gold, 2 Silver, 6 Bronze) by putting up their best performance.
The All India Police Judo Cluster-2024 was organised from June 24 to 30 in five disciplines related to professional skills (Judo, Taekwondo, Karate, Pencak- Silat and Wushu). A total of 40 teams with more than 2,000 police personnel from 24 States, five Union Territories, and 11 Armed Forces participated in the competition. The AP team was led by IG KV Mohan Rao.
