The Vizag director who created Hulchul just with his debut film has now directed Korameenu, which is getting a solid response. Starring Anand Ravi, Samanya Reddy produced the movie under the Full Bottle Entertainment banner. Sripathy Karri, who is attributing the major credit to this film’s writer and hero Anand Ravi and producer Samanya Reddy, has undergone a lot of struggles in his career.
This M.B.A. graduate started his film journey in 2006 and became a director in 2020 with Hulchul. Though Sripathy was lauded for his directorial skills, he had to join again as a co-director in unavoidable circumstances. But that didn’t upset him. Sripathy came to Hyderabad with the aim of striking big and didn’t lose his confidence till Korameenu.
He says that all his struggling days are considered stepping stones to success. The young filmmaker became emotional talking about the support given by his sister, brother-in-law, friend Vinod, parents, and his better half. Sripathy spoke highly about his life partner, who stood like his support system.
Sripathy also reminisced about his M.B.A. Professor Sadanand, who instilled confidence in him by saying that he would do well in the cinema field. It is great that a famous businessman is ready to produce a fourth film with this young director who has just now committed to his third project, which is going to be announced very soon!!
