Eateries in GVK One violate food quality

The food safety officials have conducted inspections in GVK One mall in Banjara Hills on April 27, where they found hygiene, storage and food quality related violations in Aha Dakshin, Sizzling Joe and Khansaab food courts. The officials have issued notices to them and further action will be taken against the authorities.
According to the department’s post on X (formerly Twitter) on Monday, the officials found that the KFC is not maintaining proper logs for reusing edible oil. Along with them, FSSAI Act violations were identified in Hard Rock cafe and Starbucks coffee.
The Commissioner of Food Safety of Telangana has issued the notices for improvement and to report compliance to FSSAI Act.
