Eshwar demands implementation of unemployment allowance

Must read

Former minister Koppula Eshwar on Sunday demanded that he Congress leaders specify what the Congress government did to people after coming to power. The Congress party came to power by making false promises.
He sought to know from ruling party leaders whether the Congress government implemented all the promises made by it to the people ahead of  elections.
Referring to the criticism of Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka against former chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao, Eshwar said that the Congress leaders were trying to divert the attention of people from their failure.
Addressing the media here, he sought to know whether the Congress implemented at least one of the 420 promises made by it ahead of Assembly elections. The Congress has been boasting of having implemented the loan waiver, but it failed to ensure that the loan waiver benefits reached all farmers. Will the Congress leaders prove their sincerity at least by fulfilling its promises of waiving farm loans for all farmers.
The congress cheated the farmers miserably. During the BRS regime, the state attracted Rs 4 lakh crore investments and 17 lakh jobs were created. Why did the Congress not implement an unemployment allowance and Rs 2,500 per month promised to women. It was high time, the Congress Ministers and leaders exercised restraint while speaking. The people would chase them away if the Congress government fails to implement the promises made by it, he  said.
