Collector P Prashanthi has asked the bankers to extend loans to TIDCO houses beneficiaries without delay.
Collector P Prashanthi held a meeting here on Tuesday with the Bhimavaram, Tadepalligudem, Palakollu Municipal Commissioners and representatives of various banks and reviewed the extending of loans to TIDCO beneficiaries.
Speaking on the occasion, the Collector asked the bankers to release loans amounts to the houses which have been completed 75 percent. She told the bankers that 80% of the loans have already been sanctioned and the remaining 20% of the loans should be sanctioned by July 28. The Bankers were told to inform the authorities concerned immediately if any documents are required from the beneficiaries.
Collector Prashanthi said that preparations are being made to hand over the houses to the beneficiaries by August. The municipal commissioners were ordered to immediately take up the construction of STPs in the complex of TIDCO houses in Tadepalligudem,Bhimavaram and Palakollu.
Also, the installation of high mast lights should be completed at the earliest, she told them. District Lead Bank Officer A Nagendra Prasad, Bhimavaram,Tadepalligudem, Palakollu Municipal Commissioners KT Sudhakar, Dr. A. Samuel, B. R. S. Seshadri, representatives of various banks and others participated in the meeting.
