Family Star trailer hints at a wholesome entertainer

Actor Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur starrer Family Star had its theatrical trailer launched in Hyderabad and Tirupati on Thursday. Directed by Parasuram Petla, the film is backed by Dil Raju.
The trailer shows Vijay and Mrunal in two different roles. Vijay impresses the audience with his massy and classy looks. The trailer hints that Vijay is a thorough family man and it also shows the problems in his love life.
There have been scenes where the duo worked in a foreign country, all dressed up in formals, and in India, donning a massy lungi look. The chemistry between Vijay and Mrunal was impressive in the trailer, and so were the dialogues. It seems like this Summer the film will impress the audience as a wholesome entertainer and it was nice to watch Vijay play simple boy from a middle class family without much hullaballoo after Geeta Govindam. The film is heading for a grand theatrical release on April 5. Meanwhile, speaking about the film, director Parasuram Petla said, “Every Telugu audience and family will remember this movie, Vijay and Mrunal for years. This movie is like an eye feast.”
