Communist Party of India (CPI) national secretary K Narayana on Tuesday expressed his opinion that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was so scared of “INDIA” that it led to the BJP attempting to remove “India” from the Constitution and change it into “Bharat.”
Addressing a media conference here, the CP leader said the countdown began for BJP. “What is the urgent need to change India as Bharat?” Scared of the INDIA alliance, the BJP was conducting a Parliament special session. The BJP has been trying to change the name of India as Bharat.
Narayana said that convening of a Parliament special session while seeing the INDIA by the BJP itself indicated that the BJP was afraid of INDIA. He said that the countdown started for the BJP. He exuded confidence that INDIA would win the elections even if BJP indulged in any number of gimmicks. He found fault with the BJP for displaying Lotus for the G-20 meetings.
Narayana questioned whether the culture of BJP and BIGG BOSS culture are one? He alleged that the BIGG BOSS has been organising cultural programmes as part of its anti-social activities and it would mislead the youth.
Narayana alleged that the police are not filing cases against BIGG BOSS organisers based on the Allahabad Court verdict. He appealed to the Supreme Court to take up the case suo motu against the BIGG BOSS and ban it to protect the society and youth.
