Must read

The Telangana Government will launch four major social welfare schemes – the Rythu Bharosa, the Indiramma Aathmeeya Bharosa, the Indiramma Illu and ration cards – on January 26. It will be implemented in one village in one mandal on saturation basis and will continue until March. Accompanied by Ministers Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, Tummala Nageshwar Rao and Uttam Kumar Reddy, the Deputy CM emphasised the government’s commitment to fulfilling its promises and ensuring that all benefits reached eligible citizens.
Bhatti Vikramarka said that schemes will be implemented across the state, with one village in each mandal selected for 100% rollout of these welfare initiatives.
He explained that the application process for these schemes had already begun, and the government had received applications in large numbers. Starting January 26, the beneficiary identification process will continue uninterrupted until March, ensuring that all eligible individuals are included.
“Rythu Bharosa will provide support for every acre of cultivable land, while Indiramma Aathmeeya Bharosa will extend benefits to landless poor who have worked for 20 days under the Employment Guarantee Scheme,” he explained. Bhatti Vikramarka described these schemes as a step toward IN strengthening welfare governance, emphasizing that Indiramma Rajyam is synonymous with a welfare state.
Bhatti also highlighted the significance of launching these welfare schemes on Republic Day, a date marking the implementation of the Indian Constitution.
He reiterated the government’s resolve to conduct gram sabhas, process applications meticulously, and ensure benefits are delivered to all eligible applicants without fail.
