Recently, the United Nations Global Peace Council (UNGPC) held a historic ceremony in the majestic Palace of West Minister, also known as the House of Lords or the London Parliament, to award the prestigious title of “Globally the Youngest Social Worker” to Kalasha Naidu. She was acknowledged at the occasion for her remarkable contributions to worldwide public service.
Naidu received an Honourary Doctorate from the United Nations General Assembly and the United States of America International University in recognition of her exceptional dedication and service to public welfare. Despite her young age, Miss Naidu’s influence has crossed borders, gaining her recognition from countries all over the world.
During the event, she was given the opportunity to address the British Parliament, delivering a moving speech about her goal and vision for a better world. Furthermore, a moving two-minute cinematic presentation shed light on Naidu’s journey and the transformative influence of her work.
Her journey exemplifies the power of compassion and the significant impact that individuals, regardless of age, can make on society. As she continues her journey to promote good change and improve communities around the world, her legacy will inspire future generations to follow in her path.
Although unable to attend owing to parliamentary commitments, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak personally invited Miss Naidu to a special high tea, expressing his appreciation for her remarkable work and dedication. In his heartfelt greeting, Prime Minister Sunak stressed that the honorary doctorate is a testament to Naidu’s remarkable skill and unshakable dedication to public service.
“This award is a testament to Kalasha Naidu’s extraordinary dedication and remarkable contributions to society,” remarked Prime Minister Sunak. “Her tireless efforts have touched the lives of countless individuals across the globe, and her achievements serve as a beacon of excellence in the field of public service. I am personally delighted to extend this invitation to Naidu and look forward to celebrating her accomplishments over high tea and a tour of the Parliament.”
