A free Cyber Security scholarship test was announced by The Quality Thought Software Training Institutes, a leader in software training for over 15 years. The test scheduled for November 24 at 11 am is available both online and offline for students across India.
According to Quality Thought, The free 100 per cent scholarships will be provided to the top 100 or top 20 per cent of merit-based students and other participants will get scholarships based on their scores.
The programme offers six months of training along with three months of intensive learning and a three-month internship. Participants will also receive soft skills training to prepare for their careers.
At a press conference on Saturday, Founder of Quality Thought, Ramana Bhupathi, along with Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Rajendra Bodda, introduced this initiative aimed at nurturing future cyber security talent. Bhupathi highlighted their commitment to breaking financial barriers to education, while Bodda emphasized the growing need for skilled professionals in digital security.
The scholarship includes over 100 practical projects, hands-on training in a cyber lab, expert mentorship, placement assistance, and soft skills development. Participants will also benefit from video lectures through a Learning Management System.
