The School Education department has announced the full-day school from June 26 as the temperatures have decreased gradually for the past few days. Earlier, the instructions were issued by the School Education Department regarding conducting school half day from 7.30 am to 11.30 am from June 12 to 24 due to prevailing hot weather conditions reported by the State Disaster Management Authority (SDMA).
In his new instructions, the Commissioner of School Education stated that as the weather conditions were back to normal, it was decided to conduct the schools for full days with effect from June 26 as per the Schedule of Academic Calendar 2023-24 prepared by the State Council for Education Research and Training.
