The BJP’s Nizamabad MP, Dharmapuri Arvind, warned that the BJP will not let go of those who quit the party after using it. “We know how to bring back leaders who quit the party after using it,” he said. Addressing the gathering on the occasion of Kishan Reddy taking over as the Telangana BJP President on Friday, Arvind said that the party increased its one per cent vote share to 51 per cent in Tripura.
Shiv Sena came to power in Maharashtra using the BJP and Modi’s name. They ran away but the BJP brought them back, he said.
Criticising the statement that the BJP broke Sharad Pawar’s NCP, Arvind said that the NCP was born opposing family-based politics, but the same NCP is being destroyed by family politics.
He said that the Shiv Sena was destroyed when its leaders fought for power and went against its ideology.
He said the Telangana BJP is a Modi team and that KCR and his Kalvakuntla family will witness a tsunami of public anger in the next elections. “KCR is a kid. We will respect KCR if he respects us. Our MLA Eatala said that he will defeat KCR in Gajwel.
I am challenging KCR to contest against Eatala in Huzurabad if he has the guts. KCR must field his daughter if he cannot contest,” he said.
