Governor extends wishes to people of Arunachal, Mizoram

The Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan participated as the chief guest in the State celebration of the 37th Foundation Day of Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram at the Raj Bhavan of Telangana on Tuesday.
The event commenced with the Governor extending warm wishes to the people of both states on their foundation day. She expressed her gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for initiating such a meaningful event which paved the way for national integration.
She highlighted the strong cultural and emotional ties between Arunachal Pradesh, and Mizoram with Telangana. She drew an insightful connection between Arunachal Pradesh and South India, referencing the revered Lord Arunachaleswara temple in the Tiruvannamalai district of Tamil Nadu.
The programme featured video messages from the Governors of both Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram. The celebration came alive with vibrant cultural performances, including a fascinating bamboo dance by talented participants from both states.
